Catch me at my Best
For 25 years, Catch Me at My Best® (Catch Me) has provided guests, managers, and Team Members the opportunity to recognize all the acts of Hospitality, big and small, that make our hotels, and our brand, so special. It’s our way to thank our Team Members for their efforts, reinforce the values and behaviors that drive our success, and celebrate our year-round commitment to great service.
When a guest, manager, or teammate wants to recognize a fellow Team Member, they simply fill out a Catch Me card and turn it in at the front desk. This is called a “catch.”
